Before her recent incredible weight loss Hannah Waterman described herself as “the proverbial beached whale”.  Whilst that might be going a bit far we do agree she looks better and would probably feel more comfortable in a bikini down the beach the way she looks now after completing her Body Blitz programme.

Hannah Waterman is best known for her role as Laura Beale, Ian Beale’s long suffering third wife in Eastenders.  She is also married to her former Eastenders co-star Ricky Groves who played hapless mechanic Gary Hobbs.  Her father is Dennis Waterman who is well known for his role in the popular TV series Minder and her mother is actress Patricia Maynard.

Since leaving Eastenders in 2004 after falling down a flight of stairs and dying Hannah Waterman has been seen in such classic BBC dramas as Doctors and Holby City.  She also wowed critics and fans alike with her impressive performance in ITV’s flagship series The Bill.  Hannah has also paid her dues on the reality TV circuit winning the singing game show Just The Two Of Us.
